What are Not The Wave's Return Policies?

30-day return policy extension for all Not The Wave purchases(exceptions included)

All purchases on the Not the Wave app and website have a 30-day return policy extension.

You can return any items purchases from Not The Wave within 30 days with any reason of return. Note, that Not The Wave members have free returns and will be able to return beyond the 30 days.

FAQs

How do I return a Not The Wave order?
Sign in if you're a Not The Wave Member before beginning your free return from the orders page. If you are not a Not The Wave Member, enter your order number and email address to access your order. Please see our return procedures for further information.

What about defective or flawed items?
We stand by all of our footwear and equipment. If your purchase was less tha 30 days, there are alternatives to return a damaged or malfunctioning item. Please contact us to return the item if it has been more than 30 days. For further information, please contact us for our warranty policies.

OTHER TERMS

You may be able to send an item to our location for pick-up while purchasing online. If you are unable to pick up your product within 30 days, we will return it to you and reimburse your payment method. For any returns/exchanges, we retain the right to request and electronically record customer information from a valid state or federal ID. We keep a record of consumer return activity for the sole purpose of allowing returns and exchanges. We do not sell the data obtained via this method. We also retain the right, for any reason, to prohibit returns/exchanges made with or without receipts.
